Deep Tissue Massage works by physically breaking down the adhesions to relieve pain, improve circulation, and restore normal movements. Deep layers of muscle and the surrounding tissue are targeted. This results in an intense treatment, as blood and nutrients are carried to your muscles, helping to eliminate toxins, spasms, and adhesions. Deep tissue massage is very therapeutic. It helps to increase range of motion, relieves soreness or pain.
